Please ensure you read and fully understand these booking terms and conditions

Calwich under Canvas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions.

• A contract between you and Calwich under Canvas will come into existence when payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued showing the confirmed holiday dates.
• The contract you and all the members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these T&C’s.
• We reserve the right to cancel your booking within one working day of you making the booking.
• Prior to booking it is your responsibility to check the accommodation details to make sure it’s suitable.
• Included in the price is the provision of bed linen (other than for a portable cot) towels and robes.
• Bookings made within four weeks of your arrival date must be paid in full.
• The deposit to secure a booking is 50% of the total cost of your stay.
• Balances are due no later than four weeks before the date of your stay.
• Cancellation eight or more weeks before your stay will generate a 100% refund.
• Cancellation between eight and four weeks before your stay will generate a refund of 50%.
• Cancellation forty eight hours or less there will be no refund.
• Cancellation must be notified to us by email or telephone.
• Check-in on your date of arrival no earlier than 15:00PM (unless by prior arrangement). Check-out on your day of departure is 11:00AM.
• All outside noise is to be kept to a minimum level after 11pm each evening. Music at any volume is not permitted after this time.
• Hot tubs are not available after 11pm.
• Unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or annoyance to other holiday makers will result in your contract being terminated. You may be asked to leave and no refund will be due.
• No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas or water.
• In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or a member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss we may occur.
• Calwich under Canvas are not responsible for any loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
